Shipping

We ship your package securely via DPD with sturdy packaging. A shipping fee of €7.50 per order applies.
Is your order value over €99? Then shipping is free.
You also have the option to pick up your order. Please contact us to arrange this.

Returns

If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to test the product, we may charge a depreciation fee. Please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to us with all accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge a depreciation fee. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of your return request, provided that we have received the product in good condition.
