It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing [email protected]. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
For consumers in the EU, it is also possible to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been handled elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint through the European Union's platform.
