Quality of note
The nut is very tasty with a somewhat creamy, buttery but sweet flavour! The nut is widely used in the processing of sweets and other products as there is a very tasty buttery oil in the nut. The nuts fall to the ground with husk and all, which prevents other animals from eating them.
